About Fox Tale Fermentation Project

Fox Tale is a Nano Brewery & Fermentation Restaurant based in the Heart of Downtown San Jose. We produce highly specialty small batch craft beer as well as non-alcholic Mock Tales (mocktails) & Kombucha. We have Lunch and Dinner Menu's that feature a wide variety of fermented items, fresh and seasonal ingredients with unique flavors in large and small plate formats. All items produced in house are primarily plant based, vegetarian and vegan. We source all ingredients from sustainable and local farms and work closely with those in our community to create a fun, safe and welcoming environment.
